ok... I have this *thing* where I can't throw away a fortune (you know, the kind you get in a fortune cookie). i almost feel like it is bad luck or something. i'm a freak. so now i have all of these fortunes that i have collected along the way. what to do with them? oi! I am sticking some of 'em into my "wreck this journal" project. cool project... check it out wreck this journal.
well...now that you mention it... there are some other things I just can't bear to throw away... and not just b/c of environmental concerns, although that is a perfectly good reason too.
they are, in no particular order:
-a cool box. sometimes uncool ones too... but to throw away a perfectly good box?
-a jar. cool ones especially (i've got my eye on the french jelly one in the fridge right now... have already warned Tony not to toss).
-tins. oh GAWD! the marketing industry is killing me b/c A LOT of things come in tins now. Candy mostly... I'll buy the damn candy just to get the cool tin. Whate ever happened to band-aid tins? Band-aid is missing the mark here!
-a fortune. already noted.
-free samples. they will sit around, unused, until I get so sick of looking at them. it kills me to toss them. but HEY, they were FREE!
-any sort of notepad/journal/notebook/tablet
